How the Cowboys will win the NFC East

The Dallas Cowboys will be looking to recapture the NFC East crown after failing to do so last year and failing to win it since 2018. The Dallas Cowboys finished the season 6-10 and 3rd in the NFC East. The Cowboys had a slim chance in the last game of the season vs the Giants where they needed to beat them, and the Football team needed to lose to the Eagles for the cowboys to advance to the playoffs but failed to do so. No team has won the NFC East crown back to back years since 2004 when the Philadelphia Eagles won it multiple times in a row the years before 2004.  The Cowboys are expecting to win the NFC East this season and here is how they can:

Beat the Football Team twice. Alright hear me out. This HAS to most likely happen to win the NFC East crown. The Eagles and Giants are looking like they are going be in more of a rebuilding process this season and the Football Team and the Cowboys look like they are poised for success. The Football Team has recently signed quarterback QB Ryan Fitzpatrick who played well in Miami last year and will be built around a much better offensive scheme this year as well. Dallas must focus on winning these two games against the Football Team because likely this series will come down to the last game of the year and the winner will most likely go to the playoffs and the loser will get to watch them from the couch. There is a chance that the Cowboys will just be the outright winner and not even need to beat the Football Team in the final outing between the two, but history has seemed to prove otherwise over the past several years.

Win at least 5/6 of division games. In order to win in our division, the Cowboys need to come out on top with the most wins in the division. As said in the last paragraph, we have to beat the Football Team twice so it would be ok to slip up and lose one against the Eagles or Giants but the Cowboys should finish with an undefeated divisional schedule given the lesser of talent this season from the NFC East.

Starters must stay healthy. This is a given but look at what happened to our season last year. Multiple key offensive and defensive injuries spoiled the Cowboys season last year and that can either be blamed on luck or lack of practice and workout time due to Covid-19. New strength and conditioning coaches along with new coaching staff will help these Cowboys stay up to shape and keep healthy.
